GDP growth forecast for the current year in Malaysia

Gross Domestic Product (GDP) measures the total value of all final goods and services produced within a country in a given year. It is a broad indicator of the size of an economy and its overall level of economic activity. It captures the outcome of economic activity by households, businesses and the government.
GDP growth forecast for 2026 shows the projected annual percentage change in real GDP over the current year. Unlike historical GDP growth figures, which report realized outcomes once data are available, this indicator reflects expectations published in international macroeconomic outlooks.
